Felecia Maria Kutch and Cecilia Rudden are both certified yoga teachers and are both married to FDNY firefighters, so understand the strains of the job and the endurance that the body needs on a daily basis.
All levels are welcome and mats are provided.
Cecilia & friends teach Yoga for Friends of Firefighters Thursdays from 7:30-8:30PM at Mrs. Elaine's Dance Studio in Rockaway, Queens.
Cecilia loves teaching her weekly class to firefighters and their families, and her students look forward to the hour-long stress reliever.Felecia teaches Yoga for Friends of Firefighters Wednesday mornings from 10:15-11:15AM at Limitless Fitness in Staten Island. Note that Staten Island Yoga will take a break in September and return in October at a brand new location in the same borough - stay tuned for details.
"[Felecia's] calm, karma type personality combined with her genuine love of yoga made such a difference [from] any class I had taken before." - Wife and mother of FDNY firefighters
Felecia is also a coach in Nutritional Cleansing. There has been a recent surge of interest in nutritional cleanses, with thousands of types available. Felecia researched these options and completed a 3 month cleanse. Cleanses are not for everyone. However, if you're interested in learning more about the cleanse through a private consultation with Felecia, you may e-mail her directly.
