  • Matt Cottini So I can either go to the er/doctor/clinic or just call you and sit in the comfort of my home. This seems worse from my 'knothole'. The goal could be less calls to 911, telling people no they don't need an emergency service. It seems we're reveling in the idea of being a convenience for people rather than a necessity. That would be the distinction between emergency and plain old service. IMHO of course. smile emoticon
