Typhoon Soudelor hits China with fierce winds and heavy rain

Typhoon Soudelor has crossed the Taiwan strait and has now hit parts of south-eastern China.
In Fujian province, nearly 160,000 people have been evacuated from their homes.
At least five people died after the typhoon swept through Taiwan.
