A decision about sending Polish military instructors to Ukraine to train Ukrainian soldiers will be made in March, Poland's Defense Minister Tomasz Siemoniak said on Thursday following an earlier statement given by his advisor Boguslaw Pacek for the broadcaster RMF FM.
