Ukrainian soldiers who left the strategically important town of Debaltseve yesterday prepare to return to support the further withdrawal of their forces. A ceasefire deal was agreed in Minsk last week but fighting around Debaltseve has continued.
Hundreds of thousands of people took part in a march in Buenos Aires, the Argentine capital, a month after the death of prosecutor Alberto Nisman. In torrential rain they demanded justice for Mr Nisman, who had been investigating the government in relation to the bombing of a Jewish centre in 1994. It is not clear whether he killed himself or was murdered.
