Remember the 7th Alarm in Brooklyn on Saturday? Well, we are still operating here. Members of the #FDNY continue to flow water into this city block long warehouse filled with city records. Working through the freezing cold & ice, under the sun & in the dark, firefighters continue to operate to bring this fire completely under control. Continuous 3 hour rotations brings in companies from all parts of the city.

"As Queens grows, so does the number of building fires." ... has anyone heard if they're going to open more firehouses, or maybe give back the door position on the fire Engines that the City took away from us a few years ago? Statistics show we are working harder, why must we fight to keep firehouses open? Also makes you wonder, if we're booming so much, where is this $$ going to if it's not keeping the City safe?
