Watch: FDNY quickly contains fire at a Mariners Harbor home

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y.-- Firefighters quickly contained a fire at a Mariners Harbor home Tuesday afternoon.
The FDNY got the emergency call for the blaze at a wooden two-story home at 74 Harbor Ave. at 1:48 p.m., according to an FDNY spokesman.
The fire was on the second floor and smoke could be seen coming out from the top-floor windows on the side of the house.
Several firefighters were on the scene and had the fire under control at 2:17 p.m., and there were no injuries, the spokesman said.
