Aaargh...I am exhausted...Fooey...I HATE really unsure and ambiguous situations like today

This has been a really annoying day for me, this whole business with getting my telephone line repaired, which was supposed to happen two weeks ago, then

it was supposed to happen this morning

then

it was supposed to happen between 4:15 and 5:15

then

it was up for grabs with me getting conflicting emails from Verizon now, called them and gave them my cell phone, and said, look, he (repairman) has to call cell phone, not landline, to speak to me...

Of course, this message which I went to great lengths to convey was totally NOT forwarded to repariman

who

arrived a little before 8 p.m., very nice young man, wearing only a leather jacket and a baseball cap  ( in cold like this?) and

yes

It IS MY BLEEDING TELEPHONE not the landline

So

Tomorrow I decide what to do about that...I may just immediately see if they have a cheap landline phone at Rite Aid, if not, order one from internet but that would take ages to get here and because

they refuse to accept packages here it becomes an incredible hassle

or if I  am lucky

I just go to the Post Office on West 104th Street and pick up my parcel there

i have made a video about all this which I will post late tonight

"The Day of Verizon ( Like the "Day of the Triffids")
