GEBA takes two-point lead
With one round to go in the Women’s Metropolitan First Division A, all six top teams for the title playoff, starting at Ciudad de Buenos Aires in November have qualified, but defending champions GEBA took a two-point lead yesterday by beating Banco Nación 2-1 thanks to goals by Geraldine Fresco Pisani and Antonella Rinaldi while Ciudad, also at home, were held 3-3 by Arquitectura.
