‘Our mandate is to reflect different parts of the country to each other’

Having worked in radio and television news at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) since 1975, Esther Enkin was appointed Ombudswoman for CBC English Services in 2012 to represent the public’s interests at CBC. She talked to the Herald in a hotel lobby in downtown Buenos Aires after a long week that included a number of talks with Argentina’s Ombudswoman Cynthia Ottaviano.
