As an alternative scenario, it should also be realised that there is the possibility that because of long ongoing disputes within the boy's extended family, that this was a "revenge killing" of opportunity.

Middle east - ISIS militants declare Islamic ‘Caliphate’ in Iraq and Syria

    1. Situation in Iraq is important for USA economy and national security: US Gov. supported Kurds during Iraq’s War , and when Kerry met with Kurds recently, I’m sure they discussed future of Kurdistan, probable new country in the future, with 25 million people ( 1/5 of Iraq’s territory, but also in Iran, Turkey, Syria). Kurds could NOT build pipeline for 1 week by themselves and exported around 1 million barrel of Kurds oil direct to Turkey ( with capacity in the future up to 400,000 barrel per day). My opinion: for now is better that Kurds stay as a part of Iraq, even VP Biden (2006) was suggested that Iraq split on 3 part?! 2. Saudi Arabia (SA) desperately need BUFFER zone toward Iran. Muslim Brotherhoods and ISIS are part of that option, but without USA protection, SA will be OVERRUN. From other side, for USA economy is important that oil continue to be bought /sold in USD ( USA need SA to continue to protect “petrodollar”), particularly after Russia already make pressure on BRICS NOT to use USD for trade. 3. If Iran get nuclear bomb, SA can BUY nukes from Sunnis cousins Pakistan ( they do NOT need to go true whole nuclear process like Iran). PS. I expect that by 2020. USA can surpass SA with oil production and by 2030 USA could be oil independent. One more reason for investment in GREEN energy: to cut CO2 production and to reduce USA dependence on foreign oil. Until then USA military & intelligence must find something to do…

France - Why France is reluctant to act against ISIS in Iraq

After Operations “Northwood’s” and “Gladio”…after 09.11.2001. (NYC)… I’m very CAREFUL to made conclusion: who is doing what in the world. Do NOT forget that Osama Bin Laden was “ treated in American Hospital in Dubai ( July 04-14. 2001.) for kidney disease and MET with CIA operatives who return to Langley on July 15. 2001.”( info from Mike Ruppert, LAPD-God bless his soul)? Unfortunately, TOO LATE I’ve got information that Pr. Obama worked for CIA?! After Snowden, Syria bombing , probable LESS likely nuclear deal with Iran and situation in Ukraine, I hope that Pr. Obama did NOT forget that INTERNATIONAL relationship are still about “WHO can do WHAT to WHOM“!

France - France begs its citizens to lighten up with tourists

We travel to France almost every year, have some but limited French, have traveled throughout France and have never had any problems. I find people have been friendly, especially in places where Americans do not usually travel and less English is spoken. In fact we have wanted to speak French only to have the French want to practice their English.

Just have spent 2 weeks in Paris, and at least more than 30 times before during the past 15 years. Never felt anything but being friendly welcomed in every café , nigh bar, restaurant, bar, shop etc. As long as one says: good day, please, thank you, acting politely and with respect, the same will be returned.

Just returned from Paris last week. We only spent 3 days there but would love to have spent 3 months. Everyone we encountered were friendly and engaging, despite our inability to speak the language. I felt that as long as we were respectful and good mannered we received the same.
