Life and career
Early Life and Start of Career
Raini Alena Rodriguez was born on July 1, 1993 in Bryan, Texas. Her
parents, Diane and Roy Rodriguez, own a business called Rodriguez Tire
Service.
As a young girl, Rodriguez enjoyed acting. One day, at an IMTA showcase, Raini was discovered by Susan Osser,
[6]
a Californian talent agent. After viewing Raini's performance, Osser
suggested to Raini's mother if Osser could become Raini's manager and to
come to California to give Raini a year for career opportunities. At
the time, Raini was eleven years old. Her mother agreed to Osser's
proposal. Raini (alongside with Rico, her little brother, who also was
signed a talent manager) moved to Los Angeles. Diane accompanied them
temporarily while Roy stayed in Bryan to run the tire shop.
[4] Their mother even home-schooled them to support their blooming career.
