New York, NYThis Tiffany's is unreal. There are more people outside taking photos then inside. Its beautiful and quite and the employees are very kind and helpful.
On my last visit I went to buy a gift for a 13 year old graduating into high school. Not only did I find exactly what i was looking for in moments with the help of a very kind man. He showed me other options in my price range. I ended up getting her two items because I couldn't decide. Not because he was pushy but because he was helpful and informative.
I also had a bracelet that was a gift that had broken. Which was shocking to me because I have countless Tiffany's pieces and have never had any kind of an issue with them.
When I contacted the store they very quickly responded and assured me they would send me a new bracelet to replace the broken one.
I'm a firm believer in " you get what you pay for" and Tiffany's backs that up 100%
I ride the train a good 45 minutes from the UWS just to go to this location. I'm sure the other locations are just as great however I feel loyalty to them because they have always been so kind and helpful. -

New York, NYTiffany's is by definition as good as it gets. Even the security guard tells you to have a nice day, and opens the door for you. This store is first-class. Everything sparkles and it is as fun to walk around as they make it look in the movies.
Can I afford to be adorning every appendage with diamonds? No. But, the sales representatives will still gladly let you try things on in front of a mirror and dream. They happily answer questions and let you flip through the catalog of options without being pushy for a quick sale.
If you venture upstairs, you can see couples picking out the really expensive stuff (the diamond engagement rings). But I'm sure that she's marrying him for his personality... right? Sorry, I'll behave.
Tiffany's also had some really neat pieces out to promote The Great Gatsby movie. Very cool, classic looking necklaces. I had a great time wandering through the store looking at everything in that signature blue color and dreaming about what my jewelry collection will look like after I win the lottery. And that, my friends, costs nothing. -

Manhattan, NYI came in here with a friend of mine. I had not intentions of buying anything but she did. I honestly had expected people to be very snooty in here but quite the contrary. The few ladies that helped us out answered every question we had with sincerity. They weren't just trying to make a sale. Very informative and knowledgeable. They didn't mind that we looked at and tried on a couple of things that lord knows we could not afford. Bottom line, great customer service experience and I would definitely go back...when I get into a higher tax bracket :) -

Elmhurst, NYYou feel like a real BOSS walking in here, until you see the prices, which make you want to say, "quick, find me a blanket which I can hide my face in"... that said, it's still a nice shopping experience.
I suspect anyone who comes to Tiffany's comes for a reason, that being they either know what they want, or are determined to walk out with that Tiffany blue bag in tow.
Last night, I dropped by because I had a purpose. I was looking for something as a gift for someone, and I was immediately assisted, which was great. Most times, in these fancypants stores, one never quite knows how a salesperson will take to her canvas-wearing TOMS shoe-borderline-business-casual-clad-self.
I dealt with a nice English gentleman who patiently took the time to show me the pieces I had asked him about. When my indecisiveness got the best of me, and I ventured off to look at other things that had caught my attention when I first entered the store, understandably, he went to assist another customer since I had walked away to peruse some more. When I got back to him, he was in the middle of the transaction with the other customer, so I had to wait. Btw, this woman was a crazy baller and dropped like $600 in about 15 minutes. The best line I heard from their interaction was her telling him the following, "that necklace that you just showed me, I need two of those". Wow, okay rich lady. Anyhow, after waiting some more, he called over another salesperson to help me, which I thought was a nice thing to do.
Rosa took over to assist me, and she helped me find the items I wanted and even did her best to find an 18" sterling silver chain as they had sold out of it, but she was somehow able to dig up a new one that had just come in that morning. I also tried on a pair of rose gold earrings which were stunning but way more than I was willing to pay for them (they were $1,000!! Cur-azy!). And even though I did make a purchase at the store, it was definitely on the lower end of the price continuum at Tiffany's. That said, the service was wonderful and by the end of my transaction, I didn't even know that I was being helped by Rosa, the store's Director. She was pretty awesome. There are all types of customers from demanding rich people, to businessmen, tourists, and I guess people like me, who will drop in once in a blue to get something special, and yet, they treat everyone with equal courtesy.
The store itself is obviously very gorgeous, and the quality of their jewelry is unmistakable. Most items are made in Spain or Italy it appears, and having had one of their pieces many years ago (Elsa Peretti open heart necklace), I can attest to its longevity (even though I sold it for unspecified reasons).
I might just go back some day and get a little something for moi. -

Atlanta, GAI have been to this Tiffany before. It makes my heart happy to have returned yesterday.
He didn't get me jewelry for my birthday, but when he said "Will you go with me to NYC for the day tomorrow so I can take you to lunch? I know it's not jewelry, but I hope it's an ok idea." I said YES! (Duh.)
So when we were meandering around the city after said lunch and he said - "Let's go in Tiffany to window shop" - I didn't expect a thing, but had the most fun as he said "I want to learn better about your taste in jewelry." And watching him try on a watch. And just - be together.
It was so sweet. He knows how much I love jewelry and he is too sweet to me- so maybe there's a bauble in my future (blue box or not) but that was such a fun part of our afternoon! Nothing really needs to be said about Tiffany that everyone doesn't already know - but if you want to make a girl smile, take her shopping (window or for real) at this special place. -

I Love this Tiffany's location on wall street. I found it much less crowded than the 57th street tourist haven. This is much closer to me and where I would come to buy. It's a gorgeous modern store but somehow not really intimidating at the same time.
It goes without saying the jewels here are top notch and to die for quality and beauty.
We got proper attention from the salesman, who spent a considerable amount of time with us, even though we walked out empty handed. I recommend this store over the flagship for serious attention, less crowds and and overall more peaceful experience. -

Hallett Cove, AustraliaThis is an excellent store with very attentive customer service. The architectural beauty of the store's interior is not to be missed either. While I did not buy anything, it was a unique setting to window shop and take in the masters of bling. So many nice pieces of fine jewellery, so little time...and money.:) -

Brooklyn, NYNot everyone that comes in here is looking for diamonds. Rather, a gift to put in the telling little blue box. That blue box that women crave like they crave chocolate that time of the month.
I came here for a special gift for a best friends birthday. I wanted to spend less than $100 (ballet status for me) and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of silver gifts.
This is a touristy area so they seemed eager to assist which was nice since I felt a little embarassed shopping in the low end of such a high end store. I managed to find a beautiful heart pendant on a silver chain for $45 and yes, it came in the little blue box. It made for a precious keepsake and my friend loved it. -

New York, NYhe asked me why Tiffany decided to have another store in Manhattan, especially at Wall St.
I said, because people at wall st. can make money and someone might want to spend their bonus on it.. the season's coming..
he said, because there's lots of secretaries who are working at.. and there's no season for it..
hmmmmm..
me needs to switch my job then!! -

Brooklyn, NYLocated in the heart of Wall Street, this Tiffany is elegant and has a modern chic look! Oh, it does have the "Wow Factor!"
I love shopping at the Tiffany's on 5th Ave mainly because it showcases more jewelery.
There's nothing better than opening that perfect gift in a light blue box with a white ribbon. Ladies, don't wait for the man in your life to buy it for you, take it from me...treat yourself! You deserve it! -
Review from Nina C.
I love that this one is downtown. It's waaaaay closer to me and I don't have to deal with all the tourists that are browsing but don't actually buy anything. Just because you want to try it on and see what it looks like on you, I have to wait. Which sucks, especially cause you know you're not even gonna get it! Argh!
I've come here to pick up gifts and have always been in and out in a flash. The salespersons are knowledgeable and I've never received anything but great service. Thanks! -

Brooklyn, NYDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANG. It's all glass and shit!
-overheard in Tiffany & Co. Wall Street

A bright beacon of hope during my crisis that was holiday shopping, Tiffany was one of my last stops before giving up hope for a present for mother. Shopping for it was a breeze, of course; the people hovering over you, asking you if you want to see something up close or presenting it to you in a way that's ostentatious yet classy.
The blue box and the white ribbon -- I didn't even need to do anything else but give it to my mom. The instantaneous reaction of wide eyes and an equally wide smile was gratifying. And then there was the screaming.
Suffice it to say that my brother will have a horrible year trying to come up with something that will top this gift. -

New York, NYThis is why I will never again shop at the 5th ave. Location for the rest of my life. See, my quaint little White Plains store is good, but for a more vast selection, this is it. Perhaps I haven't made it clear in my previous reviews, but I hate crowds, especially crowds of tourists ( sorry, I just do ), which makes this location so perfect. Most tourists can't navigate themselves around the financial district, and even if, Tiffany's on 5th is so much more worth their time than this location.. And I'm probably fucking myself by hyping this store up, but please shoppers and backpackers alike, stick with your blasted 5th ave store and leave my beloved 37 Wall St. alone!
The store itself is glass-clad and beautiful. They are very well-stocked, even during the holidays, the staff's extremely well trained/informed ( I mentioned the words "roman numerals, titanium cufflinks", and the SA pulled out exactly what I wanted ), friendly and helpful, most likely because majority of those who visit the store will actually spend their time shopping and not oogling. It, unlike it's evil elder sister on 5th ave, is quiet, and just makes shopping in the city fun and not a pain that leaves you an exhausted grouch.
Tip- take the subway.

I didn't realize Tiffany & Co had a location on Wall Street, but once I spotted the place I merrily traipsed through - albeit indecorously snapping photos. The cool thing about this place is that the staff ACTUALLY speak to mere commoners like myself. The store was briskly buzzing through an afternoon of excited shoppers, yet two staff members took the time to speak with me, and not in a "take your unworthy ass off the premises tone" either.
I'm sure they must have realized my budget wasn't aligned with that of the Trump tower across the street, but hey - they have a brand to sell! The interior of the store is gorgeous - I took a few photos but it's hard to do it justice. Definitely a better experience than at the Flagship location. -

Really about the best shopping experience I've had buying jewelry.
I don't buy Jewelry often but I thought their marketing was smart, because it worked on me. Take a picture of a really really small heart, put it on the website, blow the picture up so it looks big and the customer goes 'Hey, that's not too expensive, let me go get that.'. You don't consider how small it was because its so big on the screen and you don't have a picture of the chain to get proportion. You arrive at store and its TINY! But then the one next to it, about double the size (normal size) and 4x the price.
but hey...its Tiffany's -

Great products, very happy with the service
* great return policy so you can buy something for your significant other and dont have to worry if they want to return it for something else or a full refund
* quality is always top notch so you dont to worry about that and can have peace of mind. And you dont have to haggle.
* innovative, unique designs you wont see elsewhere with their designer collections. If you like it, you might want to get it because it may not be sold next year. Of course, for classic designs like hearts, those are always instock
*'love the service, which comes in handy if you lose one earring (not free to replace, of couse) or have an issues. One time we had a sterling silver piece tarnish in a few days and they took it back
Tips:
Be aware though that stores are super busy 1-2 days before holiday and you may need to wait a very long time to get a sales rep. Also the 5th ave flagship is often busy on weekends and its annoying to wait.
Also, tiffany items are expensive because you are paying for the brand and the service, so its makes the most sense to buy unique items. For basic things like a diamond engagement solitaire you will pay a lot more here...which is fine if youre significant other desires the little blue box and the brand. But otherwise you can save money at blue nile or brilliant earth (conflict free diamonds) -

You really can't go wrong buying a Tiffany gift for your girlfriend.
The place had an amazing feel until the first male sales rep I encountered in their higher end Tiffany Key showcase brushed me off after finding out that I was looking for a less expensive gift.
On customer service alone this place is not where I will ever shop again. The only thing that saved this location was the customer service rep who wrapped my gift at the register. She was a joy to speak to. -

Woodhaven, NYI've bought some items here in the past and recently, one of the chains that came with a pendant broke. I took it to customer service and the young lady filled out a form and said it would need to be sent out but she said the fix would be complimentary.
I wouldn't have had a problem paying for the repair but it's nice when a company stands by their products like that and offers true customer service. -

Hampshire, ILO Tiffanys...why do you do it to me!!! We are shopping in New York, so already spending a lot of money and what do we run into...but Tiffanys. I say O ill just go in and look, since I already have a necklace from here I wouldnt even think about buying another one. Boy was I wrong!!! I ran across the most beautiful heartshaped necklace that had the writing in the Tiffany blue color....I knew right then and there I NEEDED it! I said what the hey and asked if I could get help to try it on. I feel in love with it as soon as it was on.Needless to say I left the store with that famous little blue box and bag! : ) -

New York, NYcomfortable.
a tiffany's you can shop in and not check to see if your shoes are properly polished when you walk in the door. unlike that bank vault of a store in midtown, where the cold draft is palpable and the sales reps rigid and prehistoric, this one is people friendly, less crowded, and no one looks down their noses at you or wishes you would just go away. here, you can even be from the bronx and feel comfortable just looking and trying things on.
i've been here a few times now, even bought a few things. will wonders never cease? all the sales reps i've had dealings with are personable and patient, and very helpful, especially alex b, my favorite. the selection is smaller than uptown, but the wall street store carries some of its own unique merchandise not available anywhere else. and sometimes less means less confusing too. the decor inside is distinctively modern and of course upscale and elegant, lots of glass and lights.
nothing is ever on sale at tiffany's, btw.
ask for alex when you go there. she's the best. -

MIDDLE VLG, NYWhat can you say about Tiffany's that isn't already known. This upscale company caters to its clientele and this Wall Street location is no different. I was in Boston for an anniversary weekend when I gave my wife a gift from Tiffany's. Turns out, the item didn't fit well so we went to the Tiffany's in Boston to see what our options were. Although helpful, they presented us with a complicated pricing calculation and a three-four week wait before we would get the resized item back. We opted to wait to return home so I could visit this Wall Street location. Without hesitation, the rep on Wall St offered to resize the item for free and had it back to me with a convenient in-store pick up within two weeks. Thank you, from a totally satisfied customer. -

New York, NYI purchased an engagement ring from Meg at this location in September. I've been wanting to do so since this store opened a few years ago but finally the time was right. I'm already buzzing with energy anytime I'm in the financial district, and being in this beautiful store, and knowing the rich history of Tiffany makes it a meaningful experience every time I walk through the door. -

Brooklyn, NYCame here to impress a friend and get a birthday gift. What can I say, Its Tiffany's, the place is gorgeous! Its located in beautiful historic cobble stone paved Wall street. I was treated nicely, beautiful array of jewelry displayed. Lots of choices, well lit and decorated. I always order online first and come pick up in the store. Their Jewelry brings great results. Thank You Tiffany's! -
Review from Mike B.
Just stopped in as I was walking my family through the financial district. The staff was nice enough not to solicit us as we obviously just wanted to gawk at fine jewelery. I think the expensive stuff is in a more secure location in the building though because I think this place probably has high traffic. -

Brooklyn, NYExcellent. Between the staff, the beautiul layout, the service, and the CALM as opposed to 5th Ave - it is a pleasure. Top notch professionalism (well, what else would you expect). A joy to spend time there. If you're looking for something and you actually want to be taken care of, go here vs midtown. Especially during holiday season... -
