Palo Alto, CAI'm super impressed by the quality of service at this Mulberry!
I purchased my Alexa last May and completely LOVE IT.
But then, I noticed ~2 months ago that the strap kept unbuckling, and fall off my shoulder. Very disappointed, I looked into repairs through the Mulberry website. But, it told me I would need to send it to the UK to get it fixed, and that it would take 4-8 weeks. I calculated out the cost, and it came to about $60 JUST to send the strap. I was debating whether or not to do that, but decided to call this Mulberry store instead (which is where I had bought my Alexa).
A very nice gentleman named Christian told me to send it over and said they would fix it right away. AND RIGHT AWAY THEY DID!!! (Thanks so much Christian!!!)
I sent it from California on Monday, and got a NEW STRAP back a week later on Tuesday!! It made me VERY VERY excited and I'm so thankful. -

New York, NYI had my eye on the Roxanne bag a couple years back, but it was just too heavy. Ideal if you can toss it in your car. Not good for Manhattanites like me who roam the city by foot, taxi, and subway. I showed it to one of my best friends in LA. She fell in love and has 2 Roxannes now.
Hitting Madison Avenue yesterday, I looked up and spotted the massive Mulberry flag, flapping gracefully in the wind. So I floated into the shop.
The first thing I noticed was the stellar staff. From the security guard to the sales team, everyone was the ideal balance of friendly and helpful, without being intrusive or aggressive. Nice.
The second thing that almost knocked me over were the glorious Roxanne bags, all hanging in a row, beckoning. I picked up a natural leather hued one, slung it over my shoulder. Alas, even though it was empty, I could tell that it would be too much weight to lug around the city.
That's when Michael, my sales person, pulled out the perfect sized wallet. I wasn't sure about the color, black. I don't remember ever having a black wallet. Black just seems so...practical. I've always had red, silver, copper, pink, and white, but never black. I wasn't ready to commit.
But just before leaving, I spotted a charming, silver, key chain. It was gorgeous, with it's discreet Mulberry tree logo. And it was on sale. So I did what any good shopper would do. I got two.
While Michael rang me up, another raven haired associate wrapped both items beautifully, even though I'd told her one was for me. I promised to return for the wallet, if I didn't find one anywhere else.
As I made my way though the neighborhood shops, the Mulberry shopping bag (see photo), with it's gorgeous gift wrapped boxes, kept looking up at me. The thing was alive. And people were staring at it. One wide eyed girl even stopped to ask me what was inside. It did look like it might be filled with chocolate.
Finally lured back to Mulberry, I was greeted with a cheery welcome. There, I bought my first black wallet. And I love it. -

Manhattan, NYI'm a new customer to Mulberry in general. Although I've been familiar with the brand and the quality of their products, I just did my first purchase not too long ago.
I love this store. Their products are very simple, not flashy and not too commercialized (lack of a better word), like LV or Gucci (don't get me wrong, I love those stores too, but you get my point). They are known for their classic leather goods from London with a modern touch, I bought this awesome bag for work there!
Outstanding customer service, got a thank you note in the mail, which is very common for stores like this, but what impressed me was the fact that the letter was personalized based on the conversation I had with the (cute) sales assistant. She was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and personable, we even had a conversation about my semester at NYU, as she's a student there. Jenny is her name, I highly recommend her and hope she gets plenty of commission in her future sales. :)
I will definitely return. I got my eyes on their wallets and money clip. -

New York, NYI started out as a huge LV fan (and I'm still a fan) and eventually started to branch out into other designers. When I was introduced to Mulberry, I knew that this would be a lasting relationship. My first Mulberry was a Piccadilly in oak. Two weeks later I bought a piccadilly in chocholate. Then I got a luggage tag. And next, I want the small Clipper in oak.
These bags are very well made and the leather ages so well. Very good quality for these prices. And I love the fact that most of the bags and accessories have very small logos, so they are not flashy at all. Only the quality speaks- and it speaks volumes.
I make a mandatory visit to Mulberry each time I'm in NYC. I really love this brand and this location. The store is very small, but its comfortable and well organized. The SAs are very friendly and polite. A few weeks ago, I went during the sale and bought a keychain and had it wrapped so nicely and the SA even gave me 10 free Mulberry postcards to mail to my friends. She was so sweet. I will definitely be back. -
