Bath and Body Works- Flatiron

Yelper's like this place-- some a lot ( one, not at all)--

But some of them also say things like " It is what it is"-- as if, don't come here expecting some kind of fantastic experience

Fair enough

Bath & Body Works products are just average in general, but I always find myself suckered into the 5 for $5 deal on antibacterial gels and 5 for $15 deal on hand soaps. There's just something about making sure that my hands are squeaky clean that makes me happy.

The staff is really friendly, and they make sure to use lots of nice words to make you feel special. For example, while you peruse the endless walls of body lotion and try to guess what in the world "Dancing Waters" is supposed to smell like, you'll hear something along the lines of "Do you need any help, love?" And when you leave, you'll be told to "Have a beautiful day." Aw, shucks. Thanks.

Bath & Body Works is my favorite place to get lotion and I think it's much better than The Body Shop.  Unfortunately, they stopped carrying my favorite lotion which is the HandiBac antibacterial lotion.  I hope they bring it back soon.

Bath & Body Works is also a great place to get gifts and they have cute sets and tons of great sales if you are buying a lot.  Be sure to get on their e-mailing list for tons of great coupons.

They just opened in Qatar so I'm super excited!

Selection was strange. They had many different scents, but not all the large candles came in the same scent as the medium or a small ones and vice versa. The plug-ins had a deal and I ended up buying six to save money. Store is small. One of the employees though was very nice and helpful.

Stopped by here yesterday.  It's just like any other Bath & Body Works.  Staff is friendly and very helpful.  It's just fun to stop by, pick up few products and test out their new fragrance, etc. The guy at the door shouting about their new Beautiful Day fragrance was nice but too loud and a little annoying.
But I still like it here as I'm a very big fan or Bath & Body Works.

Good lip stuff department and I really like their scented body washes, hand soaps, mini-hand sanitizers and candle/aromatherapy line. This store is nicely laid out, easy to navigate, well stocked and fun to browse in.

I only ever really find myself in here if I need to pick up a quick gift for someone or if their window displays catch my attention when I'm in the neighborhood, they do normally have pretty lucrative sales and specials going on.

Their products may not be la crème de la crème, but they do when you need a quick body butter, candle, lip gloss, etc. They also have a men's department and super cute holiday bundles that are perfect for easy gift giving.

Sales associates here have always been the right amount of friendly to me and they wrap stuff up for you with cute baggies, ribbons, boxes, etc.

Working in retail isn't always lots of fun, but people here are always smiling, nice job guys - it doesn't go unnoticed! :)

I'm a guy who has no shame to admit I like to keep my chassis smelling clean and sexy!

I wandered into this recently renovated store the other day drawn in by the semi-annual sale where many seasonal items are running 50-75% off. Hey, even guys like me enjoying saving big bucks on his manscaping needs. It's all part of keeping my GTL fresh and in gear.

As soon as I walked in the staff here is on you like drunk guys during last call at the club hitting on the last available females left in the bar. It's almost like a sign lights up as you walk in flashing "fresh meat"! Now, I don't mind someone asking if you need any help, but it gets quickly annoying when they keep asking and won't let you shop in peace. Stop following me around dammit!

This store has a bit of everything and is well organized, bright, and clean. If you are looking for bath care and body care products this is a great chain to shop at. They have a terrific men's selection now of killer body sprays, shower gels, lotions, shaving products, and even colognes. No reason to smell rank and rancid, especially when many of these products are on sale as buy 3 get 2 free, and other dollar saving deals they run throughout the year.

When I was looking around they were promoting huge sales on all of the seasonal items such as hand sanitizers, lotions, candles, etc., and is a great opportunity to pick up a few personal needs items or gifts. Usually all kinds of sales are offered here throughout the year on most products too.

More than enough here to keep this machine smelling clean and fresh all year long!

Went in today to buy a gift for a friend's 50th birthday party at  12:30 in the afternoon and it was awesome, quick, painless, and I still had plenty of time to enjoy a meal.
This store and staff ROCKS. They know there stuff and better yet, know exactly where it is!
They even gift wrapped the gift for me and made it look even better!!
Definitely, high reccomend and I will definitely be back to shop here again.

I don't know what to say in response to the negative reviews. I had a great shopping experience here. I happen to like fragrances and it was nice to wander around in a spacious, well-lit store smelling all the candles and hand sanitizers. Plus, I kind of love that I can walk away with a lot of products without spending too much. The brand is certainly not high brow but the service in the store was helpful and friendly. Maybe some of the products are a little strong or cheap-smelling but the Cinnamon Sugar Donut candle is intoxicating and the Fresh Bamboo Candle and Japanese Cherry Blossom PocketBac remind me of highbrow scents and perfumes. Just go in with an open mind and clear sinuses. I think it's a fun store to wander around in for an hour.

Here's one where I really should have taken the person's name down so I could bestow on her the highest praise.  The clerk who helped us last night was so incredibly generous with her time, and so completely helpful.  She suggested the best possible strategy for using their coupons (which get a little complicated at times, believe me) to maximum savings.  She and the rest of the staff were friendly beyond belief, especially considering we walked in less than a half hour before closing on a Saturday night, when other people in similar jobs would be more apt to concentrate on whatever movie they were seeing with their friends after work.

The store itself is set up pretty nicely, very well-organized and easy to browse.  Well-stocked, too.

Very organized, well-lit, and friendly staff.
The store was pretty empty when I entered so multiple staff members greeted me and asked if I needed help plus quickly stated the specials going on. They were all around should I need help.
Prices are expected for their products.
Cashiers quickly adjust to the flow of customers paying so I didn't wait much to pay.
Definitely coming back here for the next in-store deals.

I was taking pictures in the store by my phone. Then a male staff walked to us and told my friend indirectly that we were supposed not taking picture in store. I was beside my friend and I was the one who took picture. I didn't know why he talked to my friend, not me. There are no sign "No camera". What is the secret??? All product pictures are on their website! I have visited many stores. This store is the first one that has a problem.

Bath and Body Works is one of those stores that is what is.  It's a place to buy cheap lip balm and cheap body spray that's decent.  And I do like a few of their soaps too.  Are you gonna get really high quality top of the line products?  No because that's not what you paid for.

Bath & Body Works is as pedestrian as they come, but their aromatherapy line and the mini hand sanitizers keep me coming back again and again.

I like having this store close to my workplace because if I ever run out of lotion, I know I can just step out for a minute to buy it from here.  And I love passing by this store when I go out to get lunch because the scent leaks out onto the streets and smells refreshing.  Ooh and their sales are awesome!
