Very Irish Pub on Third Avenue

O'Neill's Place here is taking its heritage very seriously, starting with all the signs out front in Gaelic...I see one of them reads "Craic" I saw you couldn't see this unless I did a blow up of that part of the photo...

Third Avenue used to have a lot of Irish bars, especially the kind workingmen would go to ( one of these has been dragged way upscale now...like so many other places in Manhattan).

Oh yeah, I believe "Craic" refers to "fun", not the illegal substance...
