Tourist family is probably calling someone and saying, " We're at the Cortlandt Street subway station now...what do we do next?' They may have heard more rain is coming soon..
Below: Brooklyn Bridge is a favorite place for tourists to walk over into the now trendy areas of Brooklyn, to see art galleries, restaurants, etc.
And, as usual, some little street is closed off down in the Financial area --building in background is being renovated with a fiercely modern new addition being put on to it.
