Time to Light Up

City ordinances forbid smoking in all sorts of areas, especially park spaces. These men edge just out of the forbidden area near Madison Square to feed their habit.

I cannot be too preachy about all this --as an ex-smoker who had to quit dozens of times before I could stick to it, I know what a difficult addiction it is get out of.
