SPORTS make us think of strength, toughness and endurance ( as well as the "will to win") so much that we forget the very graceful side of them sometimes...
Lithe, muscular bodies are fun to watch in motion, whether they are dancing or playing sports quite often.
It is no surprise to me that some of the best dancers on these TV competitions are hulking football players whom you might think might move like elephants ( which is why Walt Disney comically made his ballerinas Hippos in "Fantasia.")
The best performers are supposed to make activities look "effortless" it is said, and we should not be made too aware of all the preparation and sweat and pain that go into reaching high levels of performance. "Being Cool" was always associated with the expression "No Sweat," ( an expression beloved by the "Cool" beatniks for instance).
By the way, studies have shown that the sweat that really smells bad comes from anxiety rather than physical exertion per se, so you might want to consider that.
