Bryant Park...Heart of Midtown
Bryant Park is the big green place with fountains and a kids carousel behind the Public Library Main Branch...also has Yuppies bored and being boring, plus a storyteller holding kids enraptured.
Also a spot where men play Petanque, a game that looks much like miniature bocce...probably hard as hell to be good at
