Back to Central Park...Who..WTF...Yes, the WTF Tower rising hideously over the Southern End...

I did not realize how little I know about everything that is going on until my trip to  Central Park today ( I have been saying I would go up there for weeks)...and lo and behold, total news to me, an incredibly threatening new building on the horizon.

I call it the WTF Tower because I have NO idea what it is and I feel I damn well should know.
How could they have approved this thing?

Is it Trump again? I would not be at all surprised, but that is so obvious I am inclined to doubt it..of course the Donald has been threatening to build something like this for years...getting stopped by various people including Jackie Onassis at one time.

But thar she rises now --as seen from in and the West Side of the Park...WTF?
