Windows still taped up from Hurricane

City told New Yorkers not to bother taping up windows in preparation for Hurricane Irene...reminds me of 1985, when  a lot of windows were taped up and the tape did not come off for months and months.

Well, I guess we should all be glad hurricane was not as bad as forecast ( bad enough in New Jersey and on Long Island though....long term power outages and flooding).
