Psychotherapist's Toolkit:
What trauma therapies and mindfulness can teach us about deepening and expanding psychotherapeutic practice.
Psychotherapy is an incredibly powerful tool on its own, but when you combine it with Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Coherence Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and/or Mindfulness, our ability to help our clients is enhanced, especially when working with trauma. Discover for yourself how these diverse modalities can seamlessly integrate with your current psychotherapy practice to better help clients.
