Early reports from out West indicate that the California wildfires have claimed another life, this time a bulldozer operator working on the wildfire near Big Sur.

Our hangout discussion this week with Fire Engineering focused on radios and fireground communications. Once again an hour did not give us enough time to cover all the topics in this interesting discussion. Go HERE if you missed it and take a look at the related training information. Thank you to TenCate Fabrics for hosting this week's show.

Words matter. Learn how from The Fire Officer in their latest blog post HERE.

The Fire Officer: Empowerment as a Leadership Tool

$subtitles.get($x)Whatever you do, however you speak, however you act as a leader, is always communicating something to your followers or the personnel you are responsible to supervise.
