"Do you remember what happened in Delhi on November 2, 1984? Sikhs were killed. There were serious charges against Congress leaders," PM Modi said at a rally in Purnea in Bihar, referring to the 1984 riots against Sikhs, in the aftermath of the then PM Indira Gandhi's assassination.
"It's ironic that the Congress is now talking about tolerance" he said.
