The .40-caliber weapon used to murder Police Officer Randolph Holder was found 20 feet under the water in the Harlem River Sunday morning by Detective John Mortimer (third from right). As we continue to mourn the loss of our brother, Police Officer Randolph Holder, dedicated NYPD officers still continue to protect New York City. These brave officers did what every other officer in the NYPD does when the call comes – they ran toward the danger. We will never stop being the guardians of New York City and we will never forget all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying three males wanted for questioning in regard to the shots fired incident that occurred on the grounds of the East River Housing Development within the confines of the 23 Precinct, prior to the murder of Police Officer Randolph Holder.
