The national government has filed a complaint to several international organizations on the "excessive military spending on Malvinas Islands" by the United Kingdom. 
Foreign minister Héctor Timerman has presented a petition before the courts calling for prosecutor general of the Appeals Courts to be removed from the AMIA cover-up accusation filed by Alberto Nisman against him and President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.
