Two Professors Search the Internet for Time Travelers

It’s hard not to like this. Professors Robert J Nemiroff and Teresa Wilson published a study where they looked online for some sign that time travelers from the future are hiding among us, accidentally revealing themselves on the internet.
The professors looked for tweets or searches that
seemed to predict future events. When nothing turned up there, they took
a cue from missed connections, writing a short post that asked any time
travelers out there to contact them via a tweet or email sent at any
date in the past.
No luck. We may not be ready for time travel yet, but our kids are gonna love it.
