Guess is a store that I don't have at home, so it's always a treat to get to shop there. I love their clothes, and find them to be very well made. It can be a little expensive, so I don't usually buy a lot. But I try to make a point to buy one item and treat myself.
The size of the store was alright. I found the men's area a little small compared to some other Guess locations I've been to. Women get a whole floor just to themselves! Lucky. The selection was pretty good though. There was a large area for shoes, as well as a wide assortment of jeans, shirts, jackets, and sweaters. They used the small amount of space they had well.
The service here, I have to say, was absolutely amazing. We were greeted when we entered, and then one of their customer service reps was incredibly helpful to us. He was always nearby when we needed a hand, and when he grabbed shoes for us, he not only brought back the 9 we asked for, but also a 9.5. I really appreciate the extra thought that was put into that, and we actually ended up getting the 9.5! I also purchased a pair of shoes for myself, but found a tear in one of the shoelaces. He offered me 15% off, which I was more than happy to accept! Incredibly kind and helpful. -

Seattle, WAThis Guess is conveniently located on 5th avenue, right down the street from Saks and the Rockefeller Center shops. I've frequented this Guess a few times, but have never bought anything. Guess is very fitting for the girls that are rather thin and are going out to party - I usually don't find too many clothes that would be suitable for day purposes.
Whenever I go to Guess in malls, I usually find a decent sale section, but for some reason this one never seems to have too many sales - maybe I'm just not going at the right times? This Guess is two stories - the bottom is watches and menswear while the top is Guess by Marciano, Guess women (Regular line), and shoes. Sales people have always been friendly.
Guess is a great store - I just wish there were more sales?! I sometimes see tops that are close to $100 - like today, a sleeveless satin top for $79. What? For a top, this should not be the case!! -

A flagship Guess store on 5th Ave? My girlfriend wasn't going to let us walk by without going in for a peek.
Compared to the mall Guess stores, this Guess is gigantic. The lower floor is mainly men's with some women's items and the top floor is all women's plus Guess by Marciano. This means the Marciano selection is more limited than if you were at a dedicated Marciano store, but it was a nice curated assortment.
My girlfriend was looking for a new dress for the evening and after trying on a few dresses found the perfect one. The staff seemed helpful. She didn't have any difficulty getting help or a dressing room.
From my point of view it was also a pretty good experience. It wasn't very crowded so while she was trying things on, I was able to find a comfy chair and enjoy the music. -

Manhattan, NYCame here once.. Since Guess is simply located at downtown.. I only came here when I was shopping at 5th ave.. Guess is my favorite fashion here in NYC is definitely GUESS!!! I love it so much until 50% of my wardrobe are "fill" with "Guesses"... :)
They were really friendly to me as I always request for a different size.. Bringing me newest fashion they have and providing me some great fashion advice..
Guess here is huge and they have lot more compare to other Guess Fashion Inc. As women nowadays usually carry bags during shopping.. I am always afraid that my bag will hit some stuff if their shop is small.. It's very comfortable shopping here.. That's why I like Guess at 5th ave..
One thing about Guess sales.. they always ran out of my size.. That's why is on sale I guess.. :)
