On a busy stretch of Third Avenue, someone has taken the time to plant some flowers at the base of a street tree..

In sprawling St. Vartan's Park ( across the street from where I live), people play wall tennis, handball, basketball etc....

And there is a kids playground you have to photograph from afar ( this is New York City...if you went in there, people would accuse you of "lurking" with a camera!).
