Photos: The Best Halloween Costumes On The Subway (Round 2)

Yesterday, we published exactly one gazillion amazing photos, taken by photographer Sai Mokhtari, showing New Yorkers traversing our mass transit system dressed up as Marty McFlys, Mugatus, and Pizza Rats on Halloween. And it is a testament to the creativity and whimsy of NYers that these one gazillion photos aren't enough to truly pay tribute to the wide range of incredible Halloween costumes spotted underground.
