Scott Nichols Unless I missed it somewhere they failed to point out the MCI Triage protocols dictate exactly what this medic did, as hard and heart wrenching as it had to be. Those of us in the field understand this, but this headline was obviously written for shock value and to generate more advertising clicks.

Wm Holman Risk benefit. It all comes at a cost to municipalities. Sad to see that the city had to take the measures they took and disband the fire service as part of cost cutting measures. When lives matter, what is the cost. Glad to see the efforts of Mr. Starling are getting out there, and people are healing. Need to keep in mind the mental health needs of the first responders. Job Well done brother.
